Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector to join our team in the United States. You will pick products, load trucks, and move inventory between dock and warehouse, with opportunities to work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer areas.

The role requires safety awareness, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and basic English proficiency. Shifts are 4 days of 10 hours, starting around 9–10 AM, with comprehensive benefits starting after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform visual inspections.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Reading/writing English required for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, stack.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability.
• Work across Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas.
• Shrink-wrap, label orders, and maintain clean工作 area.
• Other duties as assigned.
