Job summary

McLane is hiring a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will select product, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse using a reach truck and pallet jack. The role offers a 4x10 schedule and the potential for additional pay incentives.

Benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and 401(k) with profit sharing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred; not required.
• Must read, write, and understand English well enough to perform tasks safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks; move product between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain a clean work area; follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
