McLane Company, Inc. in Commerce City, Colorado, is seeking a Warehouse Selector I to support our distribution network. This role involves picking products, loading trucks, and moving goods between the dock and warehouse, using reach trucks and pallet jacks.

You will verify quantities and conditions to ensure accurate orders and on‑time deliveries. The position offers a 1st shift with a 4‑day work week starting around 6:00 AM, at $21.55 per hour plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform visual inspections accurately.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving items between the loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pull, sort, and stack products.
• Verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product from documents.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with other duties as assigned.
