Job summary

McLane is hiring for a Warehouse Selector on 1st shift. You will pick and load products, navigate multiple warehouse zones, and operate reach trucks and pallet jacks. Training pays $20.50 per hour with potential incentives after production targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read/write English and follow written instructions.
• Lift to 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• One year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move items between dock and warehouse.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer and other areas as needed.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort and stack product.
• Hand-stack items when off balance or mislocated.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.
