Job summary

McLane is hiring a Warehouse Selector. You will load trucks, move products between dock and warehouse, and operate equipment in multiple warehouse zones. You’ll verify documents, ensure correct quantities, and keep areas safe and organized.

Starting pay is $21.25/hr with increases to $26.00/hr after achieving 100% production, plus potential incentives and strong benefits. 60-day benefits, 401(k), and more await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Move product within the warehouse; may work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort and stack items.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; maintain clean work area.
