Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Romeoville, IL to oversee multiple departments within a single distribution center. You will drive safety, productivity, and accuracy while maintaining high performance through hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include leading supervisors and teams, implementing LEAN initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to deliver cost-efficient results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies experience.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and associates across multiple shifts.
• Set clear expectations and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to develop leadership skills within the team.
• Champion workforce development and retention strategies.
