Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory control. You will collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, HR, Safety, and others to drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and accuracy across shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in lean, data-driven warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production or related field.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across shifts, achieving productivity, safety, quality, and service goals.
• Plan shifts, assign workloads, and communicate expectations clearly.
• Coach and debrief to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Ensure SOPs for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives across the site.
• Monitor metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead staffing, training, and cross-training efforts for flexibility and high performance.
• Provide escalation for operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Adapt to varying shifts including weekends.
