KeHE Distributors in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead overall warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound, inventory control, and workforce management across multiple shifts.

You will partner with Transportation, Inventory, Safety, Finance and HR to meet performance targets, drive safety, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability. This role requires 6+ years in leadership and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing leaders or teams in a distribution setting.
• Experience in food, grocery, or consumer goods preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for daily and strategic warehouse operations and labor planning.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff and frontline leaders.
• Monitor KPIs to meet or exceed goals and ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, HR and Safety to align site strategy.
• Drive Lean or Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
