Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi and seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. The Shift Supervisor will coordinate outbound shipping, verify records, and lead a safety-conscious shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing leadership experience.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews orders to determine shipping priorities, work assignments & equipment required to meet shipping schedules.
• Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure fulfillment accuracy, completeness and load condition.
• Leads shift in efficient processing of freight including order picking, checking and loading.
• Inspects material handling equipment for defects and coordinates repairs.
• Ensures accuracy of all work performed.
• Adheres to standardized procedures and safety policies.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety compliance in the area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
