The Order Processor will pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a safety-conscious, efficiency-driven warehouse environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, managing inventory in Epicor, and coordinating with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized

Qualifications

Forklift experience preferred or ability to become certified.
Ability to learn warehouse systems and inventory software.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
Ability to use computers and software applications, including Epicor.
Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

Pull and stage customer orders accurately using SKU and location systems.
Assemble customer orders utilizing prescribed banding and packaging methods.
Stage materials so production and shipping teams can efficiently process orders.
Stage sheet goods and lumber in uniform, organized configurations for shipping.
Verify accuracy of picked orders and report shortages or discrepancies.
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
Unload flatbed trucks and containers; load common carrier freight.
Exercise care with all equipment to prevent damage and downtime.
