Job summary

Hardwood Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate in Bend, OR. You will support walk-in and account customers, process orders, and assist with inventory and shipping needs. The role requires accurate document handling, basic math, and safe material handling.

As part of the team, you will interact with sales, operations, drivers, and other locations to fulfill commitments. Forklift certification and reliability are valued in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Customer service, warehouse or order-processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow order documents and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to learn measurements.
• Proficiency with computers, phones, email, and Microsoft Office; Epicor preferred.
• Able to obtain forklift authorization and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process orders and payments.
• Pull, package, label, and stage customer orders.
• Safely load/unload products and operate forklifts as authorized.
• Receive inbound material and verify against documents.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean, organized workspace.
• Coordinate with sales/operations to meet commitments.
