Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems and inventory software.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculate linear, board, and square footage).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate job‑related information in English.
• Ability to use computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage customer orders accurately using SKU and location systems.
• Assemble customer orders utilizing prescribed banding and packaging methods.
• Stage materials so production and shipping teams can efficiently process orders.
• Verify accuracy of picked orders and report shortages or discrepancies.
