Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead critical warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will oversee receiving, transfers, picking, packing, and shipping, while enforcing GMP programs.

You will drive staffing decisions, monitor performance, and maintain records to support compliant, smooth operations. Relocation package available as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading and coaching staff or managing a process or project.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, EPA regulations.
• Understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing and inventory software, MS Office.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance – ensure full compliance with safety legislation and codes.
• Warehouse Operations – manage receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
• Team Leadership & Development – lead workforce and conduct performance reviews.
• Performance & Productivity – optimize practices for efficiency and continuous improvement.
