Job summary

Smithfield Foods in Maryland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, transfers, picking/packing, and shipping. You will manage a team, determine staffing, and ensure production goals are met while upholding safety, quality, and GMP standards.

You will optimize workflows, enforce hygiene, and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential as you guide daily operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading staff or projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards, USDA, HACCP and EPA Regulations.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
