• Experience with WMS/ERP software and MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and on-time shipping goals.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members while maintaining a safety-first environment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and 3PL partners; monitor schedules.
