Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or related environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Forklift training completion required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Knowledge of WMS functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise labor management and daily inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities.
• Schedule labor and manage space utilization, equipment, and manpower.
• Hire, train, assign, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and discipline team members as needed.
• Supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping in line with company service and cost objectives.
• Conduct staff meetings and review daily/weekly work activities.
• Inform senior management and client representatives about critical operational issues.
• Develop systems and procedures for safe and profitable operations.
• Plan daily work schedules using work orders, arrival notices, and customer instructions.
• Assign warehouse duties based on priorities and available resources.
