Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• 1 year as a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and >75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate reach truck and cherry picker.
• Tolerance to hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Pre-employment drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities
• Recommend performance improvement actions as needed
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
• Safely operate various equipment and tools
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies
• Maintain a clean environment under the 7S program
• Work safely to protect team members
