Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related environment.
• Ability to operate MHE; forklift certification required.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures in warm and cold months.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in basic math and counting for quantities and inventory checks.
• RF scanners and WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations under the Operations Supervisor.
• Oversee associates dedicated to warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Assist with forklift operation and certification when needed.
• Coordinate inbound unloading, stacking, outbound picking, and shipment staging.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork and product counts; load orders as required.
