Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team or supervisor role.
• Proficient with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned warehouse team and area to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and complete orders accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment under the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect team members.
