Qualifications

• 2–3 years forklift experience.
• MHE certification (current or prior) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a designated team to support daily warehouse operations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members and provide guidance.
• Assist in maintaining workflow, productivity, and adherence to policies.
• Lead and support daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and policy compliance.
• Train new and existing associates on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
• Conduct regular quality and inventory checks.
