Job summary

At least 1 year in logistics and a current forklift certification required; experience with RF scanners and WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Current active forklift certification.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• RF Scanners and WMS functions experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities in the warehouse.
• Oversee associates involved in warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Coordinate unloading inbound shipments, stacking products, picking, and staging outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork, product counts, doors, and trailers.
• Load orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare accurate activity reports for site management.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and equipment upkeep.
• Direct warehouse work-team operations and assist with productivity and payroll-hour records.
