Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee performance, and ensure safety and productivity. The role targets hands-on leaders with experience in distribution centers, fulfillment, and IT asset disposition.

The position is Monday–Friday, with base salary plus a 10% annual target bonus and shift differential. You will guide teams, optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related ops environments.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet goals.
Foster a safe, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
Coach and develop team members and serve as escalation point for issues.
Supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and refurbishment.
