Job summary

Ingram Micro in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coach teams, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment. This hands-on leadership role covers receiving, shipping, inventory control, and IT asset disposition experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2:30PM - 12:00AM. Compensation includes base salary, 10% annual target bonus, and $3250 shift differential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage operations, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and asset refurbishment.
