Qualifications

• Experience operating in fast-paced warehousing environments.
• Prior team lead or supervisor experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience with WMS, inbound/outbound, picking, packing, shipping.
• Experience reading SOPs and process documents.
• Ability to operate or oversee material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Back up the Operations Supervisor in their absence.
• Ensure team understands safety, quality guidelines.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Provide feedback on team performance to supervisor.
• Maintain daily schedules and information tracking.
