ODW Logistics, Inc. seeks an Operations Lead to direct distribution center logistics, oversee warehouse staff, and ensure inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 year of previous Operations Lead experience in a distribution center.
• 2 years of Forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Warehouse Management System experience.
• Must be able to excel in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Must be hands on, able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Protects the accuracy, integrity, and salability of client inventory through SOP adherence and cycle counts.
• Directs warehousing team and communicates operational changes to office.
• Runs reports to maximize building capacity and optimize operations.
• Completes inbound/outbound documentation and prepares written reports.
• Uses WMS and timekeeping systems to manage tasks and staffing.
• Supports safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
