Responsibilities

• Back up the Operations Supervisor in their absence and lead shift activities.
• Ensure team members understand safety requirements and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate teams to meet safety, quality, customer service, and cost objectives.
• Provide feedback on team performance and report issues to management.
• Update schedules to meet customer demand and maintain reports.
