Job summary

CSS is seeking a Supervisor - Operations to oversee multiple warehouse departments (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and more) in Byhalia, MS. You will train and coach associates, maintain performance records and drive process improvements.

You will report to a Manager or Senior Manager Operations and may have 2+ direct reports. Forklift certification and strong inventory knowledge are preferred; safety and efficiency are required daily.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Fork Lift Certification preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse and distribution operations experience; 5 years preferred.
• 1 year experience leading warehouse associates.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to meet inbound/outbound service needs.
• Direct performance objectives for productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow, errors, and take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed, enforced and accurate.
• Maintain time, attendance and performance records.
• Develop and document warehouse processes and standards.
• Lead training certification programs for staff.
