Job summary

Ships-a-Lot in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. You will guide a team toward safety, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires hands-on technical aptitude with WMS, RF scanners, robotics, and automation, plus strong leadership and communication to drive continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience and supervisory or team lead experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with automated warehouse equipment and warehouse technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; schedule daily work.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
