Job summary

CSS is seeking a Supervisor - Operations to oversee multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in Memphis. You will train, coach, and manage associates, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 1 year experience leading warehouse associates.
• Ability to operate forklift or obtain forklift certification.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use business planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to meet inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow, error rates, and related metrics; take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced.
• Maintain accurate time, attendance, and performance records.
• Develop and document warehouse processes; establish performance standards for warehousing functions.
• Handle returned merchandise and manage equipment/housekeeping standards.
