Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily inbound/outbound activities, product slotting, and customer communications. You will supervise staffing, training, performance, and safety to meet service and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership and process improvement across warehousing operations. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will ensure KPI achievement, training, and HR functions while maintaining SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, plan inbound/outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Hire and train staff, conduct performance appraisals, address issues, and resolve problems.
• Supervise receiving, warehousing and shipping to meet service and cost objectives.
• Ensure KPI targets, safety, and quality across operations.
• Maintain SOP adherence and provide guidance to HR for staffing and development.
