Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas.
• Schedule work, assign duties, and monitor inventories.
• Oversee shipping accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance and conduct.
