Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes planning, instruction, and accountability to meet departmental goals.

The position requires supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining high standards of operation and safety across all shipping activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Schedule assignments for inventories and periodic checks.
• Monitor, direct, and perform shipping of outbound orders when needed.
