Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel receiving product, pulling orders, loading trucks for next-day delivery and processing paperwork.
• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, guidance, standards, and performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling during the shift and proper stop sequence on trucks and trailers.
• Ensures all received product is stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Models strong service quality and ensures associates understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity.
• Analyzes productivity levels and recommends changes.
• Handles building security, locks, and alarms after night shift; ensures safe operation of material handling.
• Complies with health and safety programs and performs other related duties.
