Job summary

ID Logistics US in Somerset, NJ seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, assign tasks, coach staff, and report to senior management. You will drive safety, efficiency, and process improvements by setting targets, maintaining GMP standards for a food-grade facility, and liaising between associates and leadership.

Strong communication and coaching skills are essential. Experience in 3PL environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college; additional education preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory control.
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment through effective communication.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily safety procedure compliance.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Coaches and trains associates to maintain skills.
• Coordinates vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff.
