Job summary

Performance Team in Riverton, NJ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities and lead a team of 20+ employees. The role focuses on planning inbound/outbound schedules, staffing, and ensuring accuracy in inventory, while upholding safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Maintains safety procedures and communicates them clearly to staff.
• Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies between stock records.
