Job summary

Performance Team, a leading warehousing and distribution logistics provider, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee orders, receiving, storage, and shipping. You will coordinate a team of 20+ staff on-site in Burlington, NJ, ensuring accurate inventory and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, planning inbound/outbound schedules, staffing, safety compliance, and payroll responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff.
• Assign workers to duties based on workload.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage payroll for the department.
• Communicate procedures to warehouse staff.
