Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping activities.

You will supervise 20+ staff, plan workloads, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate cycles and audits, and enforce safety procedures while meeting customer metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and records; performs cycle counts and audits.
• Plans inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics and manages staffing accordingly.
• Directs staff in safety procedures and proper handling of items.
• Reviews procedures and communicates changes to warehouse associates; tracks productivity and performance.
