Job summary

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will hire, train and evaluate team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train, evaluate staff and address performance issues.
• Ensure KPIs are met and SOPs followed.
