Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Minimum 1 year supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings to review daily/weekly work and drive improvements.
• Supervise receiving, warehousing and shipping to meet KPI targets.
• Plan daily work schedule, assign duties, and manage labor and space utilization.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure SOP adherence and maintain safety and quality standards.
