Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize daily workflows. You will schedule workloads, assign tasks, and monitor outbound shipments while upholding company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work across departments.
• Plan work volume, schedules and workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Monitor shipping of outbound orders and maintain accuracy.
