Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient operations. You will manage schedules, supervise daily tasks, and uphold company policies while coaching staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing, and 6+ months of supervisory experience. Expect travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule inventories and oversee outbound shipping accuracy.
• Provide instructions and coach associates; handle performance evaluations.
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving; train on procedures.
• Assist Safety Program and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by General Manager.
