Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflows. The role includes scheduling, assigning duties, monitoring shipping accuracy, and coaching staff in a growth-focused environment.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in warehousing/distribution with at least 6 months of supervisory experience, plus strong PC skills (Microsoft Office). A strong emphasis on process improvement and collaboration is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Prepare work schedules and manage workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Monitor and, if needed, perform accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates, including performance evaluations.
