Job summary

Kenco Group in Social Circle, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety, and improve efficiency. You will direct daily tasks, monitor inventory accuracy, and uphold company SOPs.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in warehousing, 6 months supervisory experience, and proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost-effective operations
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality, neatness, and policy conformity
• Schedule job assignments for inventories
• Monitor, direct, and perform accurate shipping of outbound orders
• Issue written and oral instructions as needed
• Ensure associate accountability per SOPs
• Mentor and coach associates including performance evaluations
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and Standard Works
• Assist Safety Advocate with Safety Program and Safety Committee participation
• Assist in process improvements
• Misc. tasks as assigned by the General Manager
