Job summary

Kenco Group in Chattanooga, TN seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensure safety and quality, and manage scheduling, shipping accuracy, and training. You will mentor associates and ensure adherence to SOPs while supporting process improvements.

Requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing, and a minimum 6 months of supervisory experience; strong Office skills are essential. Travel is limited and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct associates in warehouse/distribution to ensure safety and quality.
• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound shipping accuracy.
• Provide instructions and mentorship; conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor zoning and product database during receiving.
• Train staff on policies and standard works; participate in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
