Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems.
• Experience with labor management systems.
• PC literate with Outlook, Word and Excel ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory, and material handling.
• Prepares work schedules and manages labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
• Interviews and trains new team members.
• Establishes performance goals and development for staff.
• Recommends process improvements within the warehouse.
• Ensures accuracy of records and compliance with procedures and stock levels.
