Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a seasoned warehouse operations leader in the United States to establish procedures, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, compliant, and productive distribution center performance. You will supervise staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold high standards of accuracy and service.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering reliable operational results for a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Lean certifications preferred.
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and inventory.
• Ensures warehouse condition and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates with customer service and sales for cross-functional alignment.
• Partners with customers to maintain high satisfaction through communication and follow-up.
• Ensures safe operation, sanitation, and housekeeping across the warehouse.
