You will manage staff, coordinate with customer service and sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure budget control while implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related warehouse experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management systems preferred.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for inbound/outbound shipments, handling, and inventory.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
• Submits repair requests and replacement requisitions as needed.
• Coordinates with customer service and sales on warehouse activities.
• Partners with customers to maintain high satisfaction through clear communication.
• Ensures safe operations and adherence to sanitation, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Manages budget and P&L for the distribution center.
• Monitors KPIs and drives productivity improvements.
• Collaborates with engineering on warehouse layout and product placement.
• Leads and develops supervisory and hourly staff; hires and trains as needed.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems promptly.
