Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct and oversee warehouse operations across our stores in the United States.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in managing daily freight. You will schedule daily staffing, ensure safe equipment operation, monitor inventory, and coordinate with other departments to keep on-time shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs with leadership.
• Ensure safety programs and training are followed for a safe workplace.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and receiver reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
