Job summary

Performance Team in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping of materials in a safe, efficient manner.

You will supervise 20+ warehouse staff, plan workloads, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Inventory Control to meet performance metrics. Competitive pay with a strong benefits package is offered, on-site only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with inventory control and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report daily to plan work.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Reviews and updates operational procedures and ensures understanding by warehouse staff.
• Tracks productivity and quality, and collaborates with Inventory Control for accuracy.
• Manages payroll of the department and oversees staff development.
• Advises employees on handling items received, stored and shipped, and safety practices.
• Traces history of items to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and maintains harmony among workers.
