Job summary

Performance Team in Baytown, TX is hiring for Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution on-site. This role supports inventory, warehouse and fulfilment processes, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring safety and accuracy across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have forklift certification, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and familiarity with multiple warehouse systems. The role requires hands-on operation in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to meeting client

Qualifications

Forklift certification required.
Ability to lift/handle cartons weighing 40 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Experience using warehouse systems and equipment as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

Lead, and direct others; assign and assist with workload, monitors work progress/order assignments, and resolves routine issues.
Identify complex workflow issues and advise supervisor to obtain guidance and direction.
Ensure that all work areas, tools and equipment are clean, orderly, and in safe operating condition.
Ensure all safety rules/procedures are followed throughout the facility.
Train colleagues on systems as needed.
Operate terminal and RF handheld equipment.
Assist in development of SOPs to exceed customer expectations and increase productivity and accuracy.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Customer Service to meet client requirements.
